Panic Event - If a Minder user feels threatened, they can generate a panic alarm via Minder app, Minder Hardware Panic button or Personal Tracking Device.
Get Position - Minder locks to all available satellites and obtains the most accurate position.
Send Information - A Panic event can be sent with audio, video and location to the Minder Web Client.
Receive Information - The Web client records Position, Pre/Post Audio, Audit Log and presents this to the ARC Operator.
Action & Escalate - ARC or security Operator carries out Panic Standard Operations Procedure and if Necessary escalates the event to Emergency Services, Colleagues and Management.

Working Alone - Minder Users can initiate a Lone worker job by recording their internal and external location to the Minder Safety Dashboard. the user will then have to regularly check in to confirm safety.
Group Management - Minder Users can also be added to a Group through our web client. All users in the group must check in a predefined intervals and confirm safety.
Man down - If Lone worker check-ins are missed then Minder initiates a Possible Man down Event. If no response is received from the user or the users Vitals record no movement or a fall then a Man down event is created.
Action & Escalate - ARC or Security Operator carries out Man Down Standard Operations Procedures and if Necessary escalates the event to Emergency Services, Colleagues and Management.
Safe and Well - User can regularly update the ARC or Security Operators by sending Safe and Well events to the Minder Web Client.
Group Management - Minder Users can also be added to a Group through our web client. All users in the group must check in a predefined intervals and confirm safety.
